Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Boys Town dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in NE, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Boys Town job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Boys Town team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Boys Town, NE construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
These are the patterns our Boys Town dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Boys Town are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Boys Town home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Boys Town, NE rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Boys Town, NE who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
We route the closest qualified technician in Boys Town, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Your technician diagnoses the issue and walks you through the fix and the flat price before starting, so there's no guessing at the invoice.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Because our trucks are already staged around Boys Town, NE, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
